Welcome to the Verve Luxe Living network. By engaging with this web platform, providing your contact details, reserving an in-person assessment, or initiating a residency evaluation, you consent to the statutory and operational parameters detailed below.
1. SMS & Text Messaging Terms & Opt-Out Policy
Program Consent & Description: By providing your name, email, and phone number on our website forms or during concierge intake, you explicitly agree to receive promotional and informational text messages from Verve Luxe Living (including private tour confirmations, scheduling reminders, care consultations, and community updates).
Message Frequency & Rates: Message frequency varies based on your inquiries and account interactions. Standard message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-Out Instructions (STOP): You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Content hosted on this platform, including dietary overviews, cognitive memory routines, and wellness descriptions, is intended for informational and preview purposes only. It does not replace independent physician consultation or formal RCFE Level-of-Care Clinical Determinations.
3. Private Tour Bookings & Confidentiality
When scheduling a personal tour via our concierge platform at 2425 Alvarado Dr., Santa Clara, CA 95051, guests agree to respect current resident sanctuaries. Unauthorized photography, audio capture, or entry into private resident residential quarters during campus walkthroughs is strictly disallowed.
4. Admission Evaluation Protocols
Residency qualification at Verve Luxe Living requires comprehensive pre-placement physical health evaluations (LIC 602A), tuberculosis screening clearance, and a physician-signed care plan confirming our community is legally capable of serving the prospective resident’s specialized care tier.
5. Proprietary Intellectual Property
The architectural floor layouts, proprietary culinary wellness recipes, circadian memory-care protocols, and brand emblems (including the stylized Verve crest) represent registered intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written corporate charter authorization.
